Nibbles and Nuts Guarantee: Service begins from the moment you place your order. When you send a gift of Nibbles and Nuts Gifts, you can be assured that it will arrive in perfect condition. And, when changes in climate or destination require extra care, our Gifts and chocolates are packed appropriately in climate controlled packaging. However, if for any reason your order does not meet with your satisfaction, simply return it to us for a prompt, courteous replacement, exchange or refund.

Shipping Information
We take as much care in shipping your Nibbles and Nuts order as we do in making and packing our delicious Nuts, baked goods and confections. We offer overnight (including Saturday delivery), 2nd day, and standard (up to 7 business days) shipping. You can also select a specific delivery date that works best for you.
Because temperatures vary across the country, we may choose not to ship over the weekend in order to ensure premium quality upon arrival. For this reason, we cannot guarantee Monday deliveries.
Shipments to an APO/PO address must be sent via standard shipping and cannot be guaranteed to arrive by a specific date. These orders may take up to 14 business days to be delivered.
Nibbles and Nuts currently ships to U.S. addresses only; for Canadian and International ordering information, please call 1-877-443-8788.
Shipping and Delivery
Nibbles & Nuts, in conjunction with our service providers, will attempt to deliver a product on the requested day. Our service providers do not telephone prior to delivering packages, and we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
Nibbles & Nuts is not responsible for:
- Fresh products and preserved items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.
- Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender.
- Decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender.
- Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.
Free shipping offers are valid only on weekday deliveries to addresses within the Continental United States.
