How do I change my address for the catalog?

In general, the UPS Service does standard delivery, so a P.O. Box may be used. A street address is necessary for any express deliveries.

Can I be sure that an item sent to a business will not arrive on a Saturday?

Yes, the items will arrive no later than the Friday for the week they are shipped.

I have more than 50 recipients on my order, can I still use your web site?

Yes, but you will probably find it easier to download our Excel Order Form which can be pre-populated with all of your recipients information that you have shipped to in the past. However, if you'd still like to enter your order through our website, you will have to break up your order into separate orders of 50 recipients or less. The total billing will be the same as if it were entered as one complete order.

What is your guarantee policy?

We guarantee the timely arrival of your gifts in perfect condition. If you or your recipient are not 100% satisfied, simply let us know and we'll make it right!

What is your discount policy?

We offer a discount on orders totaling $500 or more (excluding shipping and sales tax). We also occasionally offer specials or discounts in our catalogs. You will need to enter your discount source code when placing an order via our website to take advantage of any special offer.

Can I substitute an item in the Gift, Basket or create a custom basket?

We can make substitutions or customize baskets if you order 50 or more of the same basket with a minimum purchase of $2000 prior to November 15th. or after January 15.

Do you ship chocolate in the summer?

From May - September many of the chocolate items in our gifts are replaced with other gourmet food of equal or greater value or our prices are adjusted accordingly.

If I place an order, how will my Gift be shipped?

We have negotiated exceptional shipping rates with UPS & DHL, who is our preferred carrier.

Do you offer shipping insurance?

All gifts are insured against loss and damage during shipping at no extra cost to you!

Can I ship my Gift anywhere?

Almost anywhere, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO - FPO Boxes or foreign addresses. We can ship to our friends in Hawaii and Alaska but, please add $35 to the listed shipping price.

Can I send a personalized message with my gift baskets?

Yes, you can! Remember to include your message in the space provided on our order form. Your Gift will arrive with your personalized gift card.

Why do you need my recipient's phone number?

UPS & DHL must have the recipient's phone number to qualify for our guaranteed delivery service. We will not contact your gift recipients via phone unless we are having problems with delivery.

What forms of payment does Nibbles and Nuts Gifts accept?

We accept all major credit cards; money orders, personal checks and we do offer invoicing on all pre-approved accounts (minimum $1,000 first order). Terms are net 30 days from date of shipment.

How long does it take to establish credit with your company?

It takes about 3 business days for credit approval.

Do you collect sales tax?

State law requires us to collect sales tax on spa and wine gifts delivered within the state

How long will the gourmet foods in my gift basket stay fresh?

The items packaged inside are best if consumed within 6 to 9 months.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive a shipment confirmation email after your gifts have been shipped. You can track delivery status on our website; so be sure to include an email address and password when you place your order.

In the rare instance when demand outstrips supply of a particular item, we will replace it with one of equal or greater value at no additional charge.
